Senior Account Manager

Medx Publishing is seeking an energetic, talented and team-oriented Account Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position and is 100% remote. This position will report to our Vice President of Business Development and be responsible for day to day communication with our customer base.

Medx uses a variety of marketing techniques to generate leads for our clients in the insurance, health and senior product space. This job will beresponsible for ensuring successful partnerships with our lead buyers. This position will allow you to develop account management skills as you communicate with customers on a daily basis. You will also learn more about the various marketing techniques we use to generate leads and how to evaluate performance both internally and for our clients.

Ideal candidates will be organized, out-going, quick learners, and extremely analytical with an interest in performance marketing. We are looking for those that do not need to be micro managed and are self starters.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support our customers on a day to day basis by having “check-in” zoom sessions and conference calls
  • Manage our lead management system to ensure customer success
  • Create and lead projects to maintain and improve internal systems
  • Organize our internal CRM system and identify process improvements
  • Manage and optimize campaigns from start to finish
  • Work with our sales team to understand the customer needs – set clear expectations with the customers
  • Conduct research on industry and market trends, potential clients, and new vendors

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree from 4-year university required
  • Understanding or experience in online marketing

Social Media Advertising Specialist

Medx Publishing, a performance marketing company, is looking for a Social Media Advertising Specialist with expert-level experience in all social advertising, especially in Facebook’s Ads Manager. We are looking for candidates who have created hundreds (if not thousands) of campaigns, and used all of Ads Managers objectives, placements, and ad types, including lead gen ads, story ads, reach & frequency objectives, brand lift tests, etc. The candidate for this position will work on generating leads and click to calls across multiple verticals. The position reports to the CMO. Day to day tasks may include campaign creation, audience development, ad copy creation, performance monitoring, reporting and launching completely new brands on social media channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring budgets on a regular cadence to ensure campaigns are delivering in full.
  • New campaign creation including ad creation.
  • Compiling detailed, easy-to-read reports; finding insights and suggesting solutions based on those reports.
  • Providing strategic recommendations, or direction on given initiatives, identifying key messages or value propositions and the communication of this to the rest of the team.
  • Controlling quality: ensuring all ads, budgets, settings, reports, etc are correct for each customer.
  • Staying informed of industry trends and best practices, focusing on how changes can help improve offerings to accounts, sharing knowledge to team members. Working closely with vendors, agency partners and various platform reps.
  • Contributing proactively to corporate initiatives, process changes, and other duties as needed • Doing what it takes to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have solid experience managing paid Facebook Ads with large budgets. This includes building, optimizing, and reporting.
  • Lead generation and driving click to call ads experience is preferred.
  • Experience in other channels such as paid search, SEO, and other social channels a plus.
  • Ability to own projects making sure they get done correctly and on-time.
  • An inquisitive nature. You should be excited to check the data on all accounts each day and curious to find out the causes and effects of any data anomalies you spot.
  • Strong knowledge of key metrics such as ROAS, conversion rate, CPA/CPL, CTR, and CPM and how they correlate.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-pace atmosphere
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to work as a member of a team.

Digital Media Buyer

Medx is looking for a media buyer with experience buying all types of digital media, with a particular focus on running direct-response display and native campaigns.  This is a hands-on role, and the ideal candidate is an analytical media buyer who can build, execute, and optimize display media buys programmatically within ad buying platforms.

We are looking for a self-starter with a strong background in large scale consumer acquisition and media buying analysis, ideally in the lead generation space.  This role will be responsible for establishing and scaling an overall direct-response display media program; owning programmatic advertising, paid social media, real-time bidding and implementing a social innovation strategy.  A critical eye for detail and a love for data analysis is a must.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive display and native marketing strategies, media plans, and campaigns
  • Build campaigns across a variety of ad managers
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to maximize ROI, ensuring that KPIs and objectives are met both near and long term
  • Analyze daily performance to inform optimization and testing
  • Relentlessly focus on driving high-intent consumers from digital marketing solutions
  • Innovate around new creative formats, technologies, tracking, and media formats
  • Ensure alignment of display and programmatic campaigns to customer goals

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on media buying, via direct publishers, ad networks, exchanges, and DSPs, ideally in the lead generation space
  • Working ad operations proficiency to traffic, QA, and troubleshoot ad tags / assets and campaign tracking / measurement
  • Broad understanding of the programmatic media and paid social landscape; ability to make targeting and tactical recommendations to accomplish various marketing goals
  • Well-versed in display marketing best practices and measurement
  • Proven experience profitably driving high-volume display customer acquisition
  • Experience with professional analytics tools and analysis methods
  • Robust analytical skills and ability to work with and analyze a large volume of complex data
  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel
  • Extremely self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Front End Web Developer

Medx Publishing is seeking a creative, methodical, and team-oriented Front-End Web Developer to join our team. The canidate will be part of our growing team and work closely with the management team. The successful candidate will be able to to show proficiency working remotely 100% of the time.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop semantic HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript with SEO best practices
  • Test and Debug across multiple browsers and devices
  • Contribute to continuously improving team productivity, code quality, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of experience building scalable, functional, and effective web applications
